Taarreek e islam men aisy bay shumaar naam mehfooz hen jin k kaar haay numayaan rehti dunya tak yaad rakkhy jaaen gy lekin jab zikr syeduna alahazrat imam ahmad raza barailvi ka aa jaay to taareekh dhoondti hy k un jaisa doosra koi aik he usy apny daaman men mil jaay.koi kisi fan ka imam hy to koi koi kisi ilm ka mahir lekin syeduna alahazrat har ilm,har fan k aftab o mahtab hen.

Jis samt dekhyay wo ilaqa raza ka hy.

Syedna alahazrat imam ahmad raza barailvi aik baliagh nazar mufti bhi hen aik mumtaz faqeeh bhi,tafseer o hadees k imam bhi hen,sarf o nahw  badsha bhi,wo muhaqqiq bhi hen  moarrikh bhi,mufakkir bhi hen mudabbir bhi,adeeb bhi hen shair bhi,munazir bhi hen musannif bhi,siyasat daan bhi hen mahir e iqtisadiyaat bhi,tabeeb bhi hen or sains daan bhi hen,muallim bhi hen muallim saaz bhi,ashiq e mustafa bhi hen or ushshaq k qafila salaar bhi,mujtahid bhi hen mujaddid bhi,haq k alam bardaar bhi hen or haq ki pehchan bhi.kis kis khoobi ka zikr kia jaay,kin kin khidmaat ko yaad kia jaay.khaliq e mutlaq ny imam ahmad raza barailvi ko qadeem o jadeed tamam uloom o fanoon ka imam banaya.sirf aap ki natiya deewan”hadaiq e bakhshish” he men 215 uloom sy mutaalliq ashaar maujood hen.

Jahan malik e qadeer ny aap ko naam war aaba o ajdaad or muazziz o muqaddas qabeela men paida farmaya wahen aap ki aulaad or khandaan men bhi bay shumaar bay misaal o la jawab afraad paida farmaay.ustad e zaman,hujjat ul islam,mufti e azam,mufassir e azam,hakeem ul islam,rehan e millat,sadr ul ulama,ameen e shariat(razi allahu anhum)jis kisi ko dekh lijyay har aik apni misaal aap hy.unhi men aik naam sar sabz o shadaab bagh e raza k gul e shagufta,raushan raushan falak e raza k naiyar e tabaan qazi ul quzzat fil hind,janasheen e mufti e azam,huzoor taj ush shariah hazrat ul alaam mufti muhammad akhtar raza khan qadiri azhari alaihir rahmah ka bhi hy.

Huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah mufassir e azam hind hazrat allama mufti muhammad ibraheem raza khan qadiri jeelani k lakht e jigar,sarkar mufti e azam hind allama mufti mustafa raza khan qadiri noori k sachchy janasheen,hujjat ul islam hazrat allama mufti muhammad hamid raza khan qadiri razavi k mazhar or syedi alahazrat imam ahl e sunnat mujaddid e deen o millat ash shah imam ahmad raza khan qadiri barakati barailvi ki barakaat o fuyoozaat ka mamba or un k uloom o rawayaat k waris o ameen hen.(razi allahu anhum)

In azeem nisbaton ka faizan aap ki shakhsiyat men ausaf e hameeda or akhlaq e kareemana ki soorat men jhalak raha hy.ustaz ul fuqaha hazrat allama mufti abdur raheem sahib bastavi alaihir rahmah huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah par in azeem hastiyoon k faizan ki barishon ka tazkira in alfaz men karty hen:

“sab he hazraat e girami k kmalaat e ilmi o amali sy aap ko giraan qadr hissa mila hy.fehm o zaka,quwat e hafiza o taqwa syedi alahazrat sy,joodat e taba o maharat e tammah(arabi adab men)huzoor hujjat ul islam sy,fiqh men tabahar o asabat sarkar mufti e azam hind sy,quwat e khitabat o bayan walid e zee waqar mufassir e azam hind sy yani wo tamam khoobyan aap ko warasatan hasil hen jin ki rahbar e shariat o tareeqat ko zaroorat hoti hy.”

Wiladat ba saadat:

Hzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ki wiladat ba saadat 24 zww qaada 1362.h/23 november 1943.e baroz mangal hindustan k sheher baraili shareef k muhalla saudagraan men hoi.

Ism e girami:

Aap ka ism e girami”muhammad ismail raza”jab k urfiyat ”akhtar raza” hy.aap ”akhtar” takahallus istimal farmaty thy.aap k alqabaat men taj ush shariah,janasheen e mufti e azam,shaikh ul islam wal muslimeen ziyada mashhoor hen.

Shajrah e nasab:

Alahazrat imam ahl e sunnat tak aap ka shajrah e nasab yon hy.muhammad akhtar raza khan qadiri azhari bin muhammad ibraheem raza khan qadiri jeelani bin muhammad hamid raza khan qadiri razavi bin imam ahmad raza khan qadiri barakati barailvi.(razi allahu anhum)

Aap k 4 bhai or 3 behnen hen.2 bhai aap sy barry hen.rehan e millat maulana rehan raza khan qadiri or tanveer raza khan qadiri (aap bachpan he sy jazb ki kaifiyat men gharq rehty thy bil aakhir mafqood ul khabar ho gaay)or 2 aap sy choty hen.dr.qamar raza khan qadiri or maulana mannan raza khan qadiri.

Asatiza kiram:

Aap k asatiza kiram men huzoor mufti e azam ash shah mustafa raza khan noori barailvi,bahr ul uloom hazrat mufti syed muhammad afzal husain razavimongeri,mufassir e azam hind hazrat mufti muhammad ibraheem raza jeelani razavi barailvi,fazeelat ush shaikh allama muhammad samahi,shaikh ul hadees wat tafseer jamia azhar qahira hazrat allama mualana mahmood abdul ghaffar,ustaz ul hadees jamia azhar qahira,rehan e millat qaid e azam mulana muhammad rehan raza rahmani razavi barailvi,ustaz ul asatizah maulana mufti muhammad ahmad urf jahangeer khan razavi azami,sadr ul ulama allama tahseen raza khan barailv,hafiz inamullah khan tasneem hamidi rahimahumullah k asmaay girami shamil hen.

azdawaji zindagi:

Janasheen e mufti e azam ka aqd e masnoon”hakeem ul islam maulana hasnain raza barailvi alaihir rahmah” ki dukhtar e nek akhtar k sath 3 november 1968.e/shaban ul muazzam 1388.h baroz itwar ko muhalla “kaankar tola sheher kuhna baraili”men howa.

Aulaad amjaad:

Aap k aik sahib zada makhdoom e girami maulana mufti munauwar raza mahamid al maroof asjad raza khan qadiri barailvi or 5 sahib zadiyaan hen.

Dars o tadrees:

Huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ny tadrees ki ibtida “darul uloom manzar e islam baraili”sy 1967.e men ki.1978.e men aap darul uloom k sadar mudarris or “razavi darul ifta” k sadar mufti k uhdy par faaiz howy.dars o tadrees k sislia 12 saal jari raha lekin huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ki kaseer masroofiyat k sabab yeh silsila mustaqil jari na reh saka.lekin yeh silsila mukammal khatm bhi na howa,aap baad men bhi “markazi darul ifta baraili shareef”men “takhassus fil fiqh”k ulama e kiram ko “rasm ul mufti” “ajlil aalaam”or “bukhari shareef” ka dars dety rahy.

Baiaat o khilafat:

Huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ko baiaat o khilafat ka sharaf sarkar mufti e azam hind ny bachpan he men aap ko baiaat ka sharaf ata farma diya tha or sirf 19 saal ki umr men 15 january 1962.e/08 shaban 1381.h ko aik khusoosi mehfil men tamam salasil ki ijazat sy nawaza.ilawa azeen aap ko khalifa e alahazrat burhan e millat hazrat mufti burhan ul haq jabal poori,syed ul ulama hazrat syed shah aal e mustafa barakati marehrahvi,ahsan ul ulama hazrat syed hyder hasan miyan barakati,walid majid mufassir e azam allama mufti ibraheem raza khan qadiri alaihim ur rahmah sy bhi jamie salasil ki ijazat o khilafat hasil hy.

Bargah e murshid men maqaam:

Huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ko apny murshid e bar haq shazada e alahazrat tajdaar e ahl e sunnat imam ul mashaikh mufti azam hind abul barakaat aal e rahman hazrat mufti muhammad mustafa raza khan noori alaihir rahmah ki bargah men bhi buland maqaam hasil tha.sarkar mufti e azam alaihir rahmah ko aap sy bachpan he sy bay intaha tawaquaat wabasta then jis ka andaza un k irshadat e aaliya sy lagaya ja sakta hy jo mukhtalif mawaqie par aap ny irshad farmaay:

“is larrky(huzoor taj ush shariah) sy bohat umeed hy.”

Sarkar mufti e azam hind alaihir rahmah ny darul ifta ki zimma daari aap ko sonpty howy farmaya:

“akhtar miyan ab ghar men baithny ka waqt nahin,yeh log jin ki bheerr lagi hoi hy kabhi sakoon sy baithny nahin dety,ab tum is kaam ko anjam do,main tumhary supurd karta hon.”

Logon sy mukhatib ho kar mufti azam alaihir rahmah ny farmaya:

“aap log ab akhtar miyan sallamahu sy ruju karen unhen ko mera qaaim maqaam or janasheen jaanen.”

Huzoor mufti e azam razi allahu anhu ny apni hayat e mubarika k aakhiri daur men huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ko tehreeran apna qaaim maqaam o janasheen muqarrar farmaya tha.us mubarak tehreer ka aks safha 09 par mulahiza farmaen.

Fatwa naweesi:

1816.e men roheela hakoomat khatima “baraili shareef” par angrezon k qabza or hazrat mufti muhammad aiwaz sahib k “rohelkhand baraili”sy “tonak” tashreef ly jaany k baad baraili ki masnad e ifta khali thi.aisy nazuk or pur aashob daur men iamam ul ulama allama mufti raza ali khan naqshbandi alaihir rahmah ny baraili ki masnad e ifta ko raunaq bakhshi.yahen sy kahnwada e razaviya men fatwa nawesi ki azeem us shan riwayat ki ibtida hoi.

Lekin majmooa fatawa baraili shareef men aap ki fatwa nawesi ki ibtida 1831.e likhi hy.(ghaliban darmiyani arsa angrez qabizon ki resha dawaniyon k sabab masnad e ifta khali he rahi)al hamdu lillah!1831.e sy aaj 2018.e tak yeh taab naak silsila jari o sari hy.yaani kahndaan e razavia men fatawa nawesi ki eman afroz riwayat 187 saal sy musalsal chali aa rahi hy.imam ul fuqaha hazrat allama mufti muhammad raza ali khan qadiri barailvi,imam ul mutakallimeen hazrat allama maulana muhammad naqi ali khan qadiri barakati,alaharat mujaddid e deen o millat hazrat allama mulana mufti muhammad ahmad raza khan qadiri barakati,shazada e alahazrat hujjat ul islam jamal ul anaam hazrat allama mufti mhammad hamid raza khan qadiri razavi,shazad e alahazrat tajdaar e ahl e sunnat mufti e azam hind allama maulana mufti muhamamd mustafa raza khan qadiri noori,nabira e alahazrat mufassir e azam hind hazrat allama mufti ibraheem raza khan qadiri razavi or un k baad qazi ul quzzaat fil hind taj ush shariah hazrat allama maulana mufti akhtar raza khan qadiri azhari alaihim ur rahmah 1967.e sy ta dam e wisal (20 july 2018.e) tak taqreeban 51 saal tak yeh azeem khidmat ba husn o khoobi sar anjaam dety rahy.

Allah kareem khanwada e razavia ki is azeem riwayat ko janasheen e taj ush shariah hazrat allama mufti muhammad asjd raza khan al maroof achchy miyan daam zillahu alaina k zariah ta deer qaaim rakkhy.aameen.

Huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah khud apni fatwa nawesi ki ibtida sy mutaaliiq farmaty hen:

“main bachpan he syhazrat(mufti e azam) sy dakhil e silsila ho gaya hon,jamia azahar sy wapsi k baad main ny apni dil chaspi ki bina par fatwa ka kaam shuru kiya.shuru shuru men mufti syed afzal husain sahib alaihir rahmah or doosry muftiyan e kiram ki nigrani men kaam yeh kaam karta raha.or kabhi kabhi hazrat (mufti e azam alaihir rahmah) ki khidmat men hazir ho kar fatwa dikhaya karta tha.kuch dinon k baad is kaam men meri dil chaspi ziyada barh gai or phir main mustaqil hazrat ki khidmat men hazir hony laga.hazrat ki tawajah sy mukhtasar muddat men is kaam men mujhy wo faiz hasil howa jo kisi k paas muddaton baithny sy bhi nahin hota.”

Huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah k fatawa saary aalam men sanad ka darja rakhty hen.wo daqeeq o pecheeda masail jo ulama or muftiyan e kiram k darmiyan mukhtalif feh hon un men hazrat k qaul ko he faisal tasleem kiya jata tha or jis fatwa par aap ki mohr e tasdeeq sabt ho khawaas k nazdeek bhi wo intahai motabar hota tha.huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah k fatawa sy mutaalliq jigar gosha e sadr ush shariah muhaddis e kabeer hazrat allama mufti ziya ul mustafa azami daamat barakatuhum ul aalia raqam taraaz hen:

“taj ush shariah k qalam sy nikly howy fatawa k mutaliah sy aisa lagta hy ham alahazrat imam ahmad raza k tahreer parh rahy hen aap ki tahreer men dalail or hawala jaat ki bhar maar sy yahi zahir hota hy.”

Haj o ziyarat:

Huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ny pehli martaba haj  o ziyarat ki saadat 1403.h/1983.e men hasil ki.doosri martaba 1405.h/1985.e or teesri martaba 1406.h/1986.e men is saadat e uzma sy musharraf howy.jab k chauthi martaba 1429.h/2008.e men,paanchwen martaba 1430.h/2009.e men,chati martaba 1431.h/2010.e men aap ny haj e baitullah ada farmaya.nez mutaadid martaba aap ko sarkar e aali waqar sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam ki bargah e bay kas panah sy umra ki saadat bhi ata hoi.

Ailaay kalimat ul haq:

Ahqaaq e haq wa abtaal e batil,khanwada e razavia ki un sifat men sy hy jis ka aitiraaf na sirf apnon bal k bay gaanon ko bhi karna parra.yahan haq k maqaabil na apny paraay ka farq rakkha jata hy na ameer o ghareeb ki tafreeq ki jati hy.syedi alahazrat alaihir rahmah ka daur to tha he fitnon ka daur har taraf kufr o ilhaad ki aandhiyan chal rahi then lekin alam bardaar e haq syedi alahazrat alaihir rahmah ny kabhi batil k saamny sar na jhukaya chahy zibh e gaay ka fitna ho ya hindu muslim ittihad ka,tehreek tark e mawalaat ho ya tehreek e khilafat yeh mard e momin awaza e haq buland karta he raha.sarkar mufti e azam alaihir rahmah ki haq goi o bay baki bhi tareekh ka darakhshinda baab hy.shudhi tehreek ka zamana ho ya nas bandi ka pur khatar daur ho aap ny alam e haq kabhi sarnigon na hony diya.allah rabbul izzat ny janasheen e mufti e azam alaihir rahmah ko apny aslaaf ka par tau banaya.aap ki haq goi o bay baki bhi qabil e taqleed hy.wqti maslihaten,taan o tashnie,masaib o aalaam yahan tak k qaid o band ki saobaten bhi aap ko raah e haq sy na hata saken.aap ny kabhi ahl e sarwat ki khoshi ya hakomati munsha k mutabiq fatwa nahin tehreer farmaya hamisha sadaqat o haqqaniyat ka daaman thaamy rakkha.is raah men kabhi aap ny apny paraay,choty barry ka farq malhooz e khatir nahin rakkha.har muaamla men aap apny aaba o ajdaad ki raushan or taab naak riwayaton ki paas daari farmaaty rahy hen.shaikh e aalam hazrat allama syed shah fakhr ud deen ashraf al ashrafi kachochavi daamat barakatuhum ul qudsiya zeb sajjada kachocha muqaddasa tehreer farmaaty hen:

“allama(huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ka)har har haal men baad samoom ki tund o tez,ghazab naak aandhiyon ki zad men bhi istiqamat aala haq ka muzahira karna or sabit qadam rehna yeh wo azeem wasf hy jis ny mujhy kafi mutasir kiya.”

Is silsila men 2 waqiaat darj zel hen.1986.e/1406.h men teesri martaba adaigi e haj k moqa par saoodi hakoomat ny aap ko bay ja giraftar kar liya us moqa par aap ny haq goi o bay baki ka jo muzahira kiya wo aap he ka hissa hy.saoodi mazalim ki mukhtasar se jhalak khud huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ki zabani mulahiza farmaen:

“mukhtasar yeh k musalsal swalaat k ba wajood mera jurm mery baar baar poochny k baad bhi mujhy na btaya bal k yahi kehty rahy k:”mera muamla ahmiyat nahin rakhta.”kekin is k b awajood meri rihaai men takheer ki or baghair izhar e jurm mujhy madina munauwara ki hazri sy mauqoof rakkha or 11 dinon k baad jab mujhy jaddah rawana  kiya gaya to mery hathon men jaddah air port tak hath karri pehnaay rakkhi or raasty men mujhy namaz e zuhar k liyay moqa bhi na diya gaya is wajah sy meri namaz e zuhar qaza ho gai.”

Zel k ashaar men huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ny usi waqiah ka zikr farmaya hy:

Na rakkha mujh ko taibah ki qafas men us sitam gar ny.

Sitam kaisa howa bulbul py yeh qaid e sitam gar men.

Sitam sy apny mit jao gy tum khud ay sitam gaaro.

Suno ham keh rahy hen bay khatar daur e sitam gar men.

saoodi hakoomat k is mutaassib rawaiya,huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ki bay ja giraftari or madina taiyibah ki hazri sy roky jaany par poory aalam e islam men gham o ghussa ki leher dorr gai,mualmanaan e ahl e sunnat ki janib sy saari dunya men saoodi hakoomat k khilaf ihtijajaat ka silsila shuru ho gaya,akhbaraat o rasail ny bhi aap ki bay ja giraftari ki shadeed muzammat ki.aakhir kaar ahl e sunnat wa jamaat ki qurbaniyan rang laen,saoodi hakoomat ko sar jhukana parra,us waqt k saoodi farman rawa shah fahad ny london men yeh ailaan kiya k”haramain shrifain men har maslak k logon ko un k tareeqy par ibadaat karny ki aazadi ho ge.”us daur k pak o hind or arab dunya k akhbaraat gawah hen.nez saoodi hakoomat ny bhi aap ko ziyarat e madina taiyiba or umra k liyay aik maah ka khasoosi visa bhi diya.is muamla men qaid e ahl e sunnat hazrat allama arshad ul qadiri ki kawishen qabil e zikr hen.

Khalifa e sarkar mufti e azam hind allama badr ud deen ahmad qadiri alaihir rahmah huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ki haq goi sy mutaalliq raqam taraaz hen:”imsaal hazrat sarkar khwaja ghareeb nawaz alaihir rahmah k salana urs pak k moqa par main ajmer muqadas hazir howa,chatwen rajab 1409.h baroz do shamba e mubarika (peer) mutabiq 13 february 1989.e ko hazrat syed ahmad ali sahib qibla khadim dargah sarkar khawja sahib k kashana par qul shareef ki mehfil munaqid hoi.mehfil men hazrat allama maulana akhtar raza azhari qibla madda zillahul aali or hazrat maulana mufti rajab ali sahib qibla sakin naan para behraich shareef nez deegar ulama e kiram maujood thy.qul shareef k is majma men sarkar sher besha ahl e sunnat imam ul munazireen huzoor maulana allma muhammad  hashmat ali  khan alaihir  rahmat war rizwan k sahib zaady mulana muhammad idrees raza khan sahib taqreer kar rahy thy.asnaay taqreer men maulana mausoof ki zabaan sy yeh jumla nikla k:”hamary sarkar piyary mustafa sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam apny ghulamon ko apni kali kamli men chupaaen gy.”foran hazrat allama azhari sahib qibla ny maulana mausoof ko tokty howy farmaya k(klai kamli k  bajaay) noori chaadar kaho.yeh sharai tambeeh sunty he maulana mausoof ny apni taqreer rok kar pehly hazrat allama azhari qibla ki tambeeh ko saraaha,baadahu bhary majma men yeh waazih kiya k “kamli” tasgheer ka kalima hy jis ko sarkar sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam ki nisbbat kar k bolna har giz jaaiz nahin or choon k meri zabaan sy yeh khilaf e shariat kalima nikla is liyay main bargah e ilaahi men is kalima k bolny sy tauba karta hon.allah taala mujhy muaf farmaay.(haaz aau kama qaal)phir tauba k baad mausoof ny apni taqreer poori ki.(atyaa e rabbani dar maqala e noorani/safha:23,24)

Zohd o taqwa:

Huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah arabi adab par bhi kamal maharat or mukammal dastaras rakhty thy aap ki arabi tasaneef bil khusoos taaleeqaat e zaahira (sahih al bukhari par ibtida ta baab ul bunyaan ul kaaba aap ki giraan qadar taaleeqqat)or syeduna alahazrat ki jin kutub ki aap ny taareeb farmai hy hamary bayan ki baiyen daleel hen.huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ki arabi zaban o adab par kamil aboor ka andaza syeduna alahazrat k risala “shamool il islam le usool ir rasool il kiram” (jis ki taareeb aap ny farmai hy) or aap k risala “anna aba syeduna ibraheem taarah la aazar”par ulama e arab ki shandaar taqareez or huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ko diyay gaay alqabaat o khitabaat sy kiya ja sakta hy.

Hazrat shaikh abdullah bin muhammad bin hasan bin fadaaq hashmi (makkah mukarramah) farmaty hen:

“tarjumah:yeh kitab nihayat mufeed o aham mabahis or mazameen aaliyah par haavi hy,talaba o ulama ko is ki ashad zaroorat hy.”

Aap huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ko in alqaab sy mulaqqab karty hen:

“fazeelat ul imam ash shaikh muhammad akhtar raza khan al azhari,al mufti e azam fil hind,sallamakumullahu wa barik feekum.”

Doctor shaikh eesa ibn e abdullah bin muhammad bin maanie humairi (sabiq director mehekma e auqaf o umoor e islamiyah dubai wa principle imam malik collage baraay shariat o qanoon dubai)dhaai safhaat par mushtamil apny tasuraat k izhar k baad farmaty hen:

Hazrat shaikh moosa abdudhu yousuf ishaqi (mudarris fiqh o uloom e sharaiya,nisabat ul ashraaf al ishaqiya ,somaliya) mahw e tehreer hen;

“ustaz ul akbar taj ush shariah fazeelat ush shaikh muhammad akhtar raza,nafanallahu be ullomihi wa barik fehi wala ajab fe zalika fainnahu fe baiti bil ilmi maarif wa bil irshadi mausoofi wa fe hazal baabi qaadati aalaam.”

Hazrat shaikh wasiq fawad al ubaidi (mudeer saanwiya ash shaikh abdul qadir al jelani)apny tasuraat ka izhar yon karty hen:

“tarjuma: hazrat taj ush shariah ki yeh tahqeeq jo shaikh ahmad shakir muhaddis e misr k rad men hy quran o sunnat k ain mutabiq hy aap ny is tahqeeq men jehd emusalsal or jaan fishani sy kaam lia hy main ny is k masadir o marajiah ka mutaliah kia to tamam hawala jaat quran o hadees k adallah e aqliya wa naqliya par mushtamil paay,or mashhor aalaam maslan imam subki,imam suyooti,imam razi or imam aaloosi waghaira k aqwaal naqal kiyay hen.”

Or aap huzoor taj us shariah ka tazkira in alfaaz men karty hen:

”Shaikhunal jaleel,sahib ur raad e qaatie,murshid us salikieen,al mahfooz br riaayati rabbil aalameen,al alim fazil muhammad akhtar raza khan al hanafi al qadiri al azhari wa jazaukhairi ma ujazi abd e ameeni ibadihi.”

Hazrat mufti e azam iraq shaikh jamal abdul kareem ad dabaan huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ko in alqabaat sy yaad karty hen :

”Al imam al allama tul qudwah sahib ul fazeelah ash shaikh muhammad akhtar raza al hanafi al qadiri adamahullahu wa hafizahu wa nafa ul muslimeena be barakati.”

tarjuma nigari intahai mushkil fan hy.tarjuma ka matlab kisi bhi zabaan k mazmoon ko is andaz sy doosri zabaan men muntaqil karna hy k qari ko yeh aihsaas na hony paay k ibarat bay tarteeb hy ya us men pewan kaari ki gai hy.kama haqqahu tarjuma karna intahai mushkil amr hy.is men 1 zabaan k maani or matalib ko dossri zabaan men is tarah muntaqil kia jata hy k asal ibarat ki khoobi or matlab o mafhoom qari tak sahi salamat pohanch jaay.yani is baat ka poora khayal rakkha jaay asal ibarat k na sirf poory khayalaat o mafaheem bal k lehja o andaz, chaashni o mithaas,jazibiyat o dil kashi,sakhti o durushtagi,bay kaifi o bay rangi usi aihtiyaat k sath aay jo muharrir ka munsha hy or phir zabaan o bayaan ka mieyaar bhi naqal ba mutabiq asal ka misdaaq ho.

Shairi:

Bunyadi taur par naat goi ka muharrik ishq e rasool hy or shair ka ishq e rasool jis aamqa or paay ka ho ga us ki naat bhi utni he pur asar o pur soz ho gi .syeduna alahazrat razi allahu anhu k ishq e rasool ny un ki shairi ko jo imtiaz oinfiradiyat bakhshi urdu shairi us ki misaal laany sy qasir hy.aap ki naatiyah shairi ka aitiraaf is sy barh kar kar kia ho ga k aaj aap dunya bhar men “imam e naat goyaan” k laqab sy pehchany jaaty hen.

Be ainihi yahi haal huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ka tha,jab yaad e mustafa sallallhu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam dil ko bay chain kar deti the to bay qaraari k izhar ki surat naat hoti thi.aap ny apni shaairi men jahan sharai hudood ka lihaz rakkha hy wahen fanni wa aroozi nazakaton ki muhafizat men koi daqeeqa faro guzaasht na hony diya or adab ko khoob barta,istimaal kiya,sajaaya,nibhaya ta k jab yeh kalam tanqeed nigaron ki chamakti mez par qadam ranja ho to unhen yeh sochny par majboor kar dy k fikr ki yeh jolaani,khayal ki yeh buland parwaz,taabeer ki yeh nudrat,ishq ki yeh halawat waqaai aik kuhna mashq or qadir ul kalam shaair ki azeem salahiyaton ki mazhar hen.fan e shaairi,zabaan o bayan or adab sy waqfiyat rakhny wala he yeh andaza kar sakta hy k hazrat akhtar barailvi k kalam men kin kin nukat ki jalwa samaaniyaan hen,kaisy kaisy haqaiq posheeda hen,kalimaat ki kitni ranaaiyaan pinhaan hen or kahyalaat men kaisi wusaat hy.

Aap kakalam agar chy tadaad men ziyada nahin hy lekin aap k  ishq e rasool sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam ka mazhar,sharai qawaneen ki paas daari ki shandar misal hy,aap k aslaf ki azeem warasaton ka behtareen namoona or urdu shaairi khusoosan sinf e naat men giraan qadar izafa bhi hy,chand ashaar mulahiaza kijyay.

Is taraf bhi aik nazar mehr e darkhshan e jamal.

Ham bhi rakhty hen bohat muddat sy arman e jamal.

Wajh enishaat e zindagi rahat e jaan tum he to ho.

Rooh e rawaan e zindagi rahat e jaan tum he to ho.

Mustafaay zaat e yakta aap hen.

Yak ny jis ko yak banaya aap hen.

Jaan toi jan e qaraar  e jaan tui.

Jaan e jaan jaan e maseeha aap hen.

Tabassum sy gumaan guzry shab e tareek par din ka.

Har shab e hijr lagi rehti hy ashkoon ki jhari.koi mausam ho yahan barsat ki raat.

Mujhy kiya fikr ho akhtar mery yawar hen wo yawar.

Balaaon ko jo meri khud giraftar  e bala kar den.

Syeduna alahazrat razi allahu anhu ko izzat o takreem or alqabaat o khitabaat.ulama e arab ny diyay hen shayad se kisi doosray ajami alim e deen ko mily hon.be ainihi partaw e alahart huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah ka jo aizaz o ikram ulamaamy arab ny kiya shayad he fe zamana kisi ko naseeb howa ho.is k chand namoony “ilm e hadees” k unwan k tahat guzry hen baaz yahan mulahiza farmaen.

May 2009 men huzoor taj ush shariah alaihir rahmah k daura e misr k moqaa kaaba tul ilm wal.ulama “jamiah tul azhar”qahira,misr men aap k aizaz men azeem ush shan confirance munaqid ki gai.jis men jamiah ki jaiyed asatazah or dunya bhar sy taalluq rakhny waly talaba ny shirkat ki.is confirance ki infiradiyat yeh thi k barr e sagheer k kisi alim e deen k aizaz men apni noieyat ki yeh pehli confirance thi.

Isi daura e misr k moqa par jamiah tul azhar ki janib sy aap ko jamiah ka aala tareen aizaz “shukr o taqdeer” bhi diya gaya.

Jaiyed ulama e misr khusoosan shaikh usra rushdi(mudarris bukhari shareef,jamiah tul azhar) ny aap k dast e haq parast par baiaat bhi ki or ijazat e hadees o salasil bhi talab ken .
